Privacy policy, in language a person can read.

When you send a request through a form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, city, state, postal code, quantity, product type, service, grade and your message. We also record the page you submitted from, so we know what you were reading.

When you simply browse, our analytics records the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used and where you arrived from. This is aggregated behavioural data used to understand which pages are useful. We do not attempt to identify you from it.

When you email us, we hold your message and your email address for as long as we hold the rest of our business correspondence.

Form data exists so that we can quote your request and, if you become a customer, fulfil it. That is the entire purpose. It is passed to our lead management system and read by the people who prepare quotes.

Analytics data exists so that we can see which of the sixty-odd pages on this site are actually used, and stop maintaining the ones that are not. It informs writing, not selling.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone. We do not run advertising retargeting from this site. We do not build behavioural profiles of individual visitors. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote — if we start sending you anything you did not ask for, that is a mistake and telling us will stop it.

Our lead management provider stores form submissions on our behalf. Data is transmitted over TLS and the API key used to reach it exists only on our server, never in your browser.

Our analytics provider (PostHog) processes page-view data through a reverse proxy on a domain we control. No advertising network receives data from this site.

Our hosting provider processes requests in order to serve the site, and holds standard server logs.

That is the complete list. No data broker, no advertising platform, and no social network receives anything from this website.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our analytics provider sets a first-party cookie to recognise a returning browser across pages within a session. Blocking it in your browser has no effect on anything you can do here — every page, link and form on this site works with cookies disabled, and with JavaScript disabled for that matter.

Quote requests that do not become orders are retained for 24 months and then deleted, because pallet requirements recur and it is genuinely useful to have the earlier conversation. Records relating to actual orders are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@repalletusa.com and we will action it within thirty days, usually within two working days. We will not ask you why.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — for California residents under the CCPA, for example, including the right to know what is collected and the right to deletion. We apply the same process to everyone regardless of location because operating two standards would be more work than operating one good one.

This is a business-to-business website about industrial packaging. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy materially we will change the date at the top and, for anything that affects existing customers, tell you directly. We will not quietly widen the scope of what we collect.
