Choosing off this shelf.
How much cheaper is a recycled 48×40 than a new one?
Roughly half to a third of the price: $7.50 to $12.00 against $17 to $22 for new, in central Ohio. The trade is service life — five to eight cycles against ten to twenty-five. If the pallet leaves your building and does not come back, you will never collect on the difference.
When is a plastic pallet worth $45 to $120?
When it never leaves the loop. Plastic gets fifty to a hundred-plus cycles and is the only honest answer in a wash-down zone, but it is rarely repairable, so one broken pallet is a write-off of the whole unit cost. Ship plastic one-way to a customer and you have sent them eighty dollars.
Which of these can you ship this week?
Recycled wood, same or next day from stock. Custom builds run three to five days to a prototype, plastic one to two weeks, and new wood about two weeks because it is cut to order. If the date matters more than the specification, recycled is the only line that will hit it.
What is the minimum order on any of these lines?
100 pallets if you collect from the yard at 7240 S Access Rd, or a partial trailer of around 260 units delivered on our own equipment. Ask anyway if you need fewer — when a truck is already routed your way the number moves.
Do you hold all twenty-two footprints in stock?
No. The 48×40 GMA is the core of the yard and moves in volume; the other footprints in the size library are held in smaller depth or built to order. Every drawing on this site is generated from the real dimensions, so what you see is what arrives.
