Used pallets in Indianapolis, IN 175 miles down I-70 west the entire way.

We run weekly, tuesday into Indianapolis from our Columbus yard. That fixed pattern is what keeps the delivered price competitive — the truck is already going.

LoadedAbout 330 units, two high, roughly 15,000 lb in a trailer rated for three times that. Pallet loads cube out long before they gross out.

What we know about Indianapolis.

Indianapolis is a straight shot west on I-70 and, like Columbus, a city that exists commercially because of where it sits on a map. The 3PL density there is extraordinary.

That density is good and bad for pallet buyers. Good, because supply is deep and competition keeps prices honest. Bad, because 3PL contracts churn and pallet fleets get orphaned when a contract moves — which is where a lot of our Indianapolis core volume comes from.

If you are a 3PL taking over a site with an inherited fleet in an odd footprint, that is a specific conversation we have often. Frequently the answer is [remanufacturing](/services/pallet-repair) rather than replacement.

Local economy

One of the largest distribution and third-party logistics clusters in the Midwest, plus pharmaceutical manufacturing and a substantial air cargo operation.

What we send there

48×40 GMA in volume; remanufacturing for orphaned 3PL fleets.
